01General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the gbajbb platform and its users. By accessing the gbajbb website or mobile platform, registering an account, or using any service, you give your full consent to these Terms.

gbajbb reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

03Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Keeping their credentials (login details, password) confidential is their own responsibility.

• Never share your password or login details with anyone else.
• If you notice unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Operating an account through a third party or on behalf of another person is prohibited.

04Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — can be used to make deposits on gbajbb. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct amount and reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In special circumstances, verification may cause a delay.

Additional Payment Terms

• gbajbb does not support currency conversion or cryptocurrency transactions.
• gbajbb reserves the right to investigate and suspend suspicious transactions.
• gbajbb has the right to recover funds credited to an account by mistake due to a technical error.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gbajbb's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳62,000

Bonus Terms of Use

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Some games may have limited contribution or be excluded from bonus wagering — see the bonus page for details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, gbajbb reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Long-term inactive account (no transactions for more than 12 months).

User's own request to close the account

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, please submit a request via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, provided no bonus terms have been violated.
